Insurance

We are actively credentialing with major Florida insurance carriers. We're not there yet with all of them, and we're not going to tell you "we accept your insurance" until we can confirm it.

Call or email before booking and ask about your specific plan. We'll give you a straight answer — not "it depends" or "check with your insurance." We are currently pursuing Medicare credentialing — check back or call us for the latest status. We do not participate with Florida Medicaid.

We provide superbills upon request for patients seeking out-of-network reimbursement through PPO plans.

Payment Policy
What You're Responsible For
  • Payment is due at the time of service for self-pay appointments
  • Copays, deductibles, and coinsurance for insured patients
  • Providing accurate insurance information at intake
  • Verifying your behavioral health benefits prior to your appointment
  • Any services not covered by your insurance plan

Insurance verification does not guarantee payment. Final coverage decisions are made by your insurance carrier.

A superbill is an itemized receipt with the diagnostic and procedure codes your insurance needs to process an out-of-network claim. If you have a PPO plan, you may be able to submit a superbill to your insurance for partial reimbursement. We provide superbills on request.
Yes. HSA and FSA cards are accepted for payment at the time of service.
Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations and no-shows may be subject to a fee. Details are included in your intake paperwork.
